1. Delivery Areas

Discount Used Tractor Parts (Pty) Ltd ("DUTP") delivers tractor, combine, and farm equipment parts throughout South Africa. We can also arrange international shipping to neighbouring countries on request, subject to availability and logistics.

For remote or rural areas, delivery times and costs may differ. Please contact our team for a delivery estimate to your specific location.

2. Delivery Methods

We use a combination of delivery methods depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order:

• Courier Services: Standard and express courier delivery for smaller parts and components
• Freight Transport: Dedicated freight services for larger or heavier items such as gearboxes, engines, and implements
• Collection: Customers are welcome to collect parts from our premises in Delmas, Mpumalanga

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on stock availability, part type, and destination. Typical timeframes are:

• In-Stock Items: 2–5 business days (major centres), 5–10 business days (rural areas)
• Sourced / Special Order Items: Timeframe will be confirmed in your quotation
• Express Delivery: Available on request for urgent requirements (additional costs may apply)

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

4. Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Delivery charges will be quoted separately and confirmed before dispatch. DUTP reserves the right to arrange delivery through its preferred courier or freight provider unless otherwise agreed.

In some cases, delivery may be included in the quoted price. This will be clearly stated in your formal quotation.

5. Packaging & Handling

All parts are carefully packaged to minimise the risk of damage during transit. Larger items may be secured on pallets or in crates. We take care to use appropriate packaging materials for fragile or precision components.

If you have specific packaging requirements, please let us know at the time of ordering.

6. Delivery Confirmation

Where possible, we will provide you with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. For courier deliveries, a proof of delivery (POD) may be available. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address.

7. Inspection on Receipt

We strongly recommend inspecting all parts upon delivery. If you notice any damage, missing items, or discrepancies, please report them to our team within 48 hours of receipt. Photographs of any damage should be taken before unpacking is completed.

8. Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, no one available to receive the goods, or access issues, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local depot. Additional delivery charges may apply for rescheduled deliveries.
