DUTP reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Quote-Based Sales Model

DUTP operates primarily through a quote request system. Products displayed on our website are for reference purposes and do not constitute a binding offer for sale. Submitting a quote request does not guarantee product availability or pricing.

The process is as follows:

• Customers submit quote requests through our website, phone, email, or WhatsApp
• Our parts team reviews the request and sources the required items
• A formal quotation is prepared and sent to the customer
• The customer reviews and accepts the quotation to proceed
• Payment and delivery arrangements are confirmed separately

No transaction is considered confirmed until a formal quotation has been accepted and payment arrangements have been agreed upon.

3. Product Availability

All products listed on the DUTP website are subject to availability at the time of order confirmation. Due to the nature of new aftermarket, used, and salvage parts, stock levels may change without notice. We will inform you promptly if any items in your quote request are unavailable and offer alternatives where possible.

4. Pricing Disclaimer

Prices displayed on the website, where shown, are indicative only and are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing is confirmed in the formal quotation provided to the customer. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include delivery costs unless explicitly stated.

5. Compatibility Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that parts are compatible with their specific machine before placing an order. DUTP will assist with compatibility guidance where possible, but ultimate responsibility for verifying fitment lies with the customer. We strongly recommend providing your machine's make, model, year, and serial number when requesting a quote to ensure accurate part matching.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, DUTP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damage resulting from incorrect part installation
• Delays in delivery or part sourcing
• Errors or omissions in product descriptions or images
• Downtime or machine damage resulting from part failure

DUTP's total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific products or services in question.

7. Intellectual Property
